1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Contractor Mart if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Our platform operates as a Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace. By placing an order, uploading a BOQ (Bill of Quantities), or creating an RFQ (Request for Quote), you represent that you are purchasing goods for business, construction, or retail purposes, and not for personal consumption.

2. Account Registration & Security

• Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including valid GSTIN and PAN details for invoicing purposes.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account.
• Supplier Verification: Suppliers registering on the platform are subject to a mandatory verification process. Contractor Mart reserves the right to approve or reject supplier applications at its sole discretion.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Quotations

All prices listed on the platform are strictly indicative and subject to market fluctuations (e.g., daily changes in TMT steel or cement rates).

• Custom Quotations: For bulk orders, users are encouraged to request a custom quote. Approved quotes are valid only for the duration specified on the quotation document.
• Taxes: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Appropriate taxes will be calculated and added at checkout or on the final invoice.

4. Site Delivery & Logistics

Contractor Mart facilitates the delivery of heavy construction materials to active project sites. Due to the nature of these logistics:

• Site Access: The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible by heavy-duty trucks. If delivery fails due to inaccessible roads, additional freight charges may apply.
• Unloading: Unless explicitly arranged prior to dispatch, unloading of materials at the site is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Timelines: Delivery timelines are estimates. Contractor Mart is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, transit strikes, or manufacturer shortages.

5. Returns & Cancellations

As a B2B marketplace, standard retail return policies do not apply.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once materials have left the warehouse or manufacturing facility, cancellations are not permitted.

Defective Goods: If materials arrive defective or do not match the specified grade (e.g., incorrect steel grade), the buyer must notify Contractor Mart within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Contractor Mart, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website. Contractor Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of your procurement delays, site damages, or material misuse.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana for the resolution of any disputes.
