Supplier Agreement

1. Onboarding & Approval

Contractor Mart operates a curated B2B marketplace. Suppliers do not have direct access to list products on the website. The onboarding process is as follows:

• Submission: The supplier submits their business details, GSTIN, and primary categories via our website's Registration Form.
• Offline Verification: Our procurement team manually reviews the submission and contacts the supplier via phone or email to verify credentials and production capacity.
• Approval: Once approved, you become an official Contractor Mart Authorized Supplier.

2. Catalog & Pricing Management

Because construction material prices fluctuate frequently, Contractor Mart manages all website pricing and product listings centrally.

• Providing Rates: Approved suppliers must provide their wholesale rate cards, product specifications, and high-quality images to our team via email or our official offline communication channels.
• Price Updates: It is the supplier's responsibility to notify their dedicated Contractor Mart Account Manager immediately of any price changes (e.g., daily steel or cement rates) so our admins can update the website.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Contractor Mart acts as the primary point of contact for the end buyer. When a customer places a bulk order on our platform:

• Purchase Orders (PO): Contractor Mart will issue an official Purchase Order to the supplier via email, detailing the exact material requirements, quantities, and site delivery address.
• Fulfillment: The supplier agrees to pack, prepare, and dispatch the materials according to the timelines agreed upon in the PO.
• Logistics: Depending on the negotiated terms, either the supplier will utilize their own transport fleet, or Contractor Mart will arrange a third-party logistics provider to pick up the materials from the supplier's facility.

4. Payment Terms

Contractor Mart ensures suppliers do not have to chase individual contractors for payments. We handle the financial transactions with the end buyer.

• Invoicing: The supplier will invoice Contractor Mart directly for the goods provided, including applicable GST.
• Payouts: Payments will be disbursed to the supplier's registered bank account via NEFT/RTGS according to the milestone and credit terms negotiated during the offline onboarding process (e.g., Advance, On Dispatch, or Net-30).

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance

Contractor Mart stakes its reputation on the reliability of the materials provided to project sites.

• The supplier guarantees that all materials dispatched match the exact specifications, grades, and brand standards advertised.
• If goods are rejected at the construction site due to manufacturing defects, incorrect specifications, or damage due to poor packaging, the supplier bears the responsibility for replacement or refund as per standard industry norms.

6. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this partnership at any time. Upon termination, Contractor Mart will immediately remove the supplier's specific branded products from the website catalog. Any pending Purchase Orders issued prior to termination must still be fulfilled by the supplier.
